- 4 C mixed greens
- 2 C strawberries, washed and quartered
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese
- Chocolate Balsamic Vinaigrette (recipe below)
- Place greens on plate.
- Top with strawberries.
- Scatter shallots and blue cheese over the top.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 Tb olive oil
- 1 Tb Chocolate Balsamic
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tb smashed strawberries
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Place ingredients into a small jar and shake to emulsify.
