- 8 oz. smoked trout
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C cream cheese
- 1 packet Garlic Herb Dip OR 2 Tb basil pesto
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- With hand mixer, blend all ingredients together. Let sit for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a crusty baguette, or on crackers with a fresh tomato slice.
