- 4 C mixed greens
- 2 C mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 4 oz chevre
- balsamic vinaigrette (see below)
- Divide ingredients evenly on four plates.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over, and serve.
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Shake ingredients up in a small jar.
