Griddled Peaches with Goat Cheese and Honey

  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 oz herbed chevre (goat cheese)
  • 1 Tb honey
  1. Heat honey on a griddle or non stick pan, place peaches, flat side down and cook until they start to brown.
  2. Turn upright, place in serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle chevre over top of hot peach.
  4. Let set 1 minute for cheese to soften.
