- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 4 oz herbed chevre (goat cheese)
- 1 Tb honey
- Heat honey on a griddle or non stick pan, place peaches, flat side down and cook until they start to brown.
- Turn upright, place in serving bowl.
- Sprinkle chevre over top of hot peach.
- Let set 1 minute for cheese to soften.
