- 4 C mixed greens
- 1 C Cubed ham
- 1 C cubed turkey
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 C cherry tomatoes – halved
- 2 hard boiled eggs – quartered
- Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing (recipe follows)
- On four plates, evenly divide greens and toppings.
Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
- ¾ C crumbled blue cheese
- ½ C buttermilk
- 1 tsp Dynamite Herbs
- 2 Tb sour cream
- 1 or 2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
- In medium bowl, combine blue cheese, buttermilk, Dynamite Herbs, and sour cream. Stir with a fork, mashing up any large chunks of cheese.
- Add lemon juice and season to taste.
- Drizzle over salad just before serving.
