- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 C loosely packed cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tb chili in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp cider syup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients. Season to taste.
*Use to top a grilled pork loin or serve with tortilla chips!
