Chopped Guacamole

  • 3 ripe avocado, peeled
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 – 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 C cilantro, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  1. In medium bowl, place avocado halves.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze lime over avocado.
  3. Using two knives, pull through avocado repeatedly until desired size is reached.
  4. Gently fold in tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  5. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
  6. Served with chips.
