- Butter for 8 inch square pan
- 4 hamburger or hot dog buns
- 7 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp Dynamite Herbs (or your favorite herb)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 C shredded white cheddar
- 1 cup asparagus- chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter pan.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, herbs and salt
- Tear 2 buns into small pieces and place in buttered pan.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese and half the asparagus on top of bread
- Tear 2 remaining buns into pieces and place on top.
- Place remaining cheese and asparagus on top.
- Slowly pour milk/egg mixture over top
- Let rest in fridge a few hours, up to overnight.
- Place into a preheated oven.
- Bake uncovered about 35 minutes.
