Asian Green Beans

  • 2-4 C green beans (cleaned with ends snapped off)
  • 1-2 Tb butter
  • 1 Tb soy sauce
  • Splash of toasted sesame oil
  1. Heat pan over medium-hot heat. When hot, add butter.
  2. When butter has melted, add green beans and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook an additional 5 minutes (until beans have blistered a little and are tender).
  4. Serve with Mustard Rubbed Flank Steak!
