Grilled Pina Colada

• 3 C pineapple, cored and sliced – toss with a little sugar
• 1/2 C rum
• 3 Tb lime juice
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 1/2 C coconut milk
• 2 Tb sugar or honey
• 3 – 4 C ice

1. Over medium flame, grill pineapple until soft and caramelized.
2. Place in blender with remaining ingredients and buzz until smooth.
