- 2 Sweet Tango or Honeycrisp apples, sliced
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 bottle white wine (choose your favorite!)
- Place all fruit and spices into a lidded jar or pitcher.
- Pour wine over fruit and let rest for a few hours, up to overnight.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slice before serving. Enjoy!
