Gourmet Cobb Salad with Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 4 C mixed greens
  • 1 C Cubed ham
  • 1 C cubed turkey
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 C cherry tomatoes – halved
  • 2 hard boiled eggs – quartered
  • Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing (see below)
  1. On four plates, evenly divide greens and toppings.

Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

  • ¾ C crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ C buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Dynamite Herbs
  • 2 Tb sour cream
  • 1 or 2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
  1. In medium bowl, combine blue cheese, buttermilk, Dynamite Herbs, and sour cream. Stir with a fork, mashing up any large chunks of cheese.
  2. Add lemon juice and season to taste.
  3. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
