Asparagus White Cheddar Egg Bake

  • Butter for 8 inch square pan
  • 4 hamburger or hot dog buns
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 tsp. Dynamite Herbs (or your favorite herb)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 C shredded white cheddar
  • 1 cup asparagus- chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter pan.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, herbs and salt
  4. Tear 2 buns into small pieces and place in buttered pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese and half the asparagus on top of bread
  6. Tear 2 remaining buns into pieces and place on top.
  7. Place remaining cheese and asparagus on top.
  8. Slowly pour milk/egg mixture over top
  9. Let rest in fridge a few hours, up to overnight.
  10. Place into a preheated oven.
  11. Bake uncovered about 35 minutes.
